This is for US & Canadian orders you are returning an International order, please read our International return policy here.
We offer free returns (for both US and Canada orders) and one free exchange (US orders only) on items that are unwashed, unworn, undamaged, non-final sale, with all original tags attached and hygiene liner (on swim bottoms) within 30 days of delivery.
Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Refunds

You can arrange a return for a refund here.
For US Returns
Choose to select a printerless QR code for FedEx or Kohl's, or select Box & Ship (print out a label and package the return to the carrier). In some instances, we may ask for a picture of the item before the return can be submitted.
For Canada Returns
You’ll receive a free Canada Post label to print, and you can use your original packaging to drop the return off at your local Canada Post! Once your free return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in 3–5 business days, and you’ll get a confirmation email!
*For all returns and exchanges, we highly recommend asking for a drop-off receipt and holding onto it until your refund has been processed or you’ve received your exchange order confirmation. This helps avoid any delays.
Exchanges (US orders only)
To exchange for a new size or color, head here. Click through the return process, and you will be asked about the fit to help suggest which size and style to try next. Once you have your size and style, follow the same process as returns: choose to select a printerless QR code for FedEx or Kohl's, or select Box & Ship

To exchange for a different style
Click through the return process and request a refund. When prompted, click "Shop Now" to purchase something new on the site!
Can I exchange my order more than once?
No. We offer one free exchange per order on all eligible items. If you need to exchange an item a second time, click here to set up a return for a full refund (minus any original shipping fee) and then place a new order.
Final sale
Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please view the Product Description Page for details on an item's return eligibility. If the item is final sale, you will see "Final Sale" above the Add to Cart button.
Can I combine my return?
We ask that you refrain from combining returns from multiple orders into a single package. If you received two separate return shipping labels, please send back the items in separate boxes.
Pepper is not responsible for non-Pepper items returned.
What if I closed my card/bank for my refund?
Currently, we can only issue a refund using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you have a new credit card, but the original account remains active, the refund will be processed back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, we ask you reach out to your bank first and contact us for further assistance.
Where is my refund?
We process refunds within 3–5 business days after the return is delivered to our warehouse. While most refunds are back in your account within 7–10 business days, some may take up to 30 business days, depending on your financial institution.
