What is a pre-order?

Sometimes, we offer highly anticipated styles for purchase before they are in stock. As soon as they arrive to us, we’ll ship your order out to you within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification at purchase and a shipping confirmation when the item(s) depart our facilities.

Shipping dates

The estimated shipping dates for pre-order item(s) are indicated on the product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

We always do our best to ship by the listed date but sometimes things can take a little longer than expected and the estimated shipping date can change — if it does we’ll email you with changes.

Order edits or cancellations

Once your order is placed we can’t make any edits to the size or color, but should you need to cancel your preorder contact us through our form or chat in! Keep in mind that you can cancel your preorder as long as it’s not in the process of shipping and you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

You’ll be charged for the full order amount at the time you place the order.
