International Returns
We get it, sometimes a style just doesn't work for you. Need help getting the right size? Refer to the Fit Guide here or chat with us.
We gladly accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unworn, undamaged, non-final sale, and with all original tags and hygiene liner (on swim bottoms) attached.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and we cannot process exchanges on international orders
Will I get charged for return shipping?
Yes, an international return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund:

I want to start my return
To start your return, head to the International Return Portal here. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and your email address (case sensitive), and choose your items to return.
Print your label and drop it off at your nearest DHL Express location. Or set up a complimentary pick-up through this link here.
Are duties and taxes refundable on returned orders?
Yes.
When will my return be processed?
After your return arrives at our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment and, if applicable, will exclude original shipping charges and/or the return handling fee.
Can I combine returns?
Please do not combine returns from multiple orders into a single package. If you have two separate return shipping labels, please use two separate boxes.
Can I return the final sale?
Final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain exceptions apply to UK purchases under UK regulation. Please reach out to us here.
What if I closed the credit card I used to place my order?
We can only issue a refund back to the original form of payment. If you have a new credit card number but it’s still with the same bank (for example, your card was lost, stolen, or expired), the refund will still process back to your account within a few weeks. If the account has been completely closed, we ask that you reach out to your bank.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. Can you help?
Of course! We want you to find your perfect fit, and that means we're here to fix any potential issue with your bra. Just contact us ASAP.
If you found a flaw in your item, be sure to share a description, photo, and the PO number on the item tag, and we'll help.
Keep in mind that we may only able to cover issues for up to 6-12 months after purchase, and only for items following recommended care instructions.
Pepper is not responsible for any non-Pepper items returned to us.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 1 hour of the order being placed (before our fulfillment team begins processing it), we will cancel the order and process a full refund. If the order has already begun processing (after that 1 hour window), we will not be able to cancel it, but you can still exercise your right of withdrawal up to 14 days after your order's delivery date. Just click here and follow the steps to create a return label to send the order back to us. We'll issue a full refund for the amount paid to your original payment method as soon as the items are delivered to our warehouse, or 14 days after submitting the withdrawal as long as the items are in transit (whichever comes first).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for items that have already been shipped to you, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return label in the withdrawal process for you to purchase. The exact cost of the label depends on your shipping address and package the weight. One thing to note: our typical 30-day return policy utilizes a flat return shipping and processing fee by country instead, as listed above.
