International Returns

We gladly accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unworn, undamaged, non-final sale, and with all original tags and hygiene liner (on swim bottoms) attached.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and we cannot process exchanges on international orders
Will I get charged for return shipping?
Yes, an international return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund:

I want to start my return
To start your return, head to the International Return Portal here. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and your email address (case sensitive) and choose your items to return.
Print your label and drop it off at your nearest DHL Express location. Or set up a complimentary pick-up through this link here.
Are duties and taxes refundable on returned orders?
Yes.
When will my return be processed?
After your return arrives to our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment and, if applicable, will exclude original shipping charges and/or the return handling fee.
Can I combine returns?
Please do not combine returns from multiple orders into a single package. If you have two separate return shipping labels, please use two separate boxes.
Can I return the final sale?
Final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain exceptions apply to UK purchases under UK regulation, please reach out to us here.
What if I closed the credit card I used to place my order?
We can only issue a refund back to the original form of payment. If you have a new credit card number but it’s still with the same bank (for example, your card was lost, stolen, or expired), the refund will still process back to your account within a few weeks. If the account has been completely closed, we ask that you reach out to your bank.
Returning a damaged or incorrect item?
If you've received an item which isn't quite right, please reach out to us here as soon as possible. If applicable, describe the issue and send a picture of the damage/item received and another picture of the PO number, which is on the black tag on the inside of the item.
Pepper is not responsible for any non-Pepper items returned to us.
