When can I expect my refund?Updated 2 months ago

Your refund will be processed once your return arrives and is processed at our warehouse. Return processing usually takes 3-5 business days and once approved you'll receive an email notification of the refund.

If you chose a refund to your payment method -- it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle (30 business days) to have this reflected on your statement. Kindly note, the refund can only be processed to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges or return fees.

If you chose a refund for store credit -- you will receive an email once processing is complete containing your store credit code and instructions on how to redeem. 

If you paid with both a Pepper Gift Card and a debit/credit card, your refund will be processed back to the gift card first. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your debit/credit card.

If you have chosen Happy Returns, your refund will be processed at drop-off.
