Can I cancel or edit my order?Updated 2 months ago
We try to fulfill orders very quickly! However, if you made a mistake on your shipping address or ordered the wrong size, you have 1 hour to cancel your order (for both US and International orders), here's how:
- Login to your Account homepage here.
- Scroll down to Your Orders and click See your order history.
- Click Order Details to the right of your order.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the order and click View Order Status.
- In the Order Actions, you should see the option to Reorder or Cancel. Click Cancel.
- You'll receive both a cancellation confirmation and refund confirmation email. You can now replace the order with the correct information.
If you do not see the cancel option on your order status page, it's past the 1-hour time limit and our warehouse has begun processing your order. In this case, we are no longer able to make edits.
If you do not have an account you can still cancel the order through your order confirmation email as long as it is within the hour of being placed.
