At the final step of submitting your return, you’ll enter your card info. You will not be charged unless the item(s) are not returned.

After you submit, you’ll get two emails: one confirming your return and another confirming your new order.

You’ll have 14 days from the day you start your return to drop your original item off with the carrier. It doesn’t need to reach us within that time; your tracking just has to show it was scanned by day 14.
