Instant Exchanges make it easy to get your new item fast 💨 We’ll ship your replacement right away, without waiting for your original to come back first.

At the final step of submitting your return, you’ll be asked to enter your card information. A $1 temporary hold will be placed to process your instant exchange.

After you submit, you’ll get two emails: one confirming your return and another confirming your new order.

You’ll have 14 days from the day you start your return to drop your original item off with the carrier. It doesn’t need to reach us within that time; your tracking just has to show it was scanned by day 14.
