How do instant exchanges work?

Instant Exchanges make it easy to get your new item fast 💨 We’ll ship your replacement right away, without waiting for your original to come back first. At the final step of submitting your return, you’ll enter your card info. You will not be charge

How much is charged for the authorization hold?

There is no charge or authorization hold for using the instant exchange. You are only charged if you decide to keep both the original item and the exchanged item.

What if I don't send my return on time?

If we don’t receive your return, your card will be charged for the full amount of the exchanged item(s).

How long do I have to send in my return?

You’ve got 14 days from when you start your exchange to pop your return in the mail. It doesn’t have to arrive within 14 days—it just needs to be on its way to us.

What if I don’t like my exchanged item?

No worries, sometimes items don't work, and that’s okay! You can submit a separate return request here.

I sent in my return, but my card was still charged!

What happens if I get a new card?

If you have a new card and need to be charged for the item(s), you can contact us here.

What if I want to instant exchange for a different style?

No Problem! To exchange for a different style, you will need to return for a refund and then select the ShopNow option to be able to choose a new style. Instant exchange works with shop now as well so if you would like to use just check off the insta

Do I pay extra shipping for instant exchanges?

Nope! There is no shipping fee for instant exchanges.

Are Instant Exchanges available outside the US?

Unfortunately, we can only offer any type of exchange for US customers at this time.

What if I want to keep both items?

Your card will be charged for the full amount of any item(s) you decide to keep after 14 days.

What if I want to keep the original item?

If you decide to keep your original item, simply submit a return for the exchanged one and send it back our way!

What if I need to change my address?

We can update your address if it’s within an hour of submitting your exchange. If you haven’t submitted it yet, just email us here with your new address and original order number, and we’ll make sure you're all set.

What if I want to send both items back?

You’ll just need to start a separate return for each item you’re sending back. This ensures everything’s processed smoothly and without delay.

Do Instant exchanges work with Happy Returns?

Yes, you can still choose to return with Happy Return or USPS.
