Tracking Information


  • US Standard shipping orders can be tracked via DHL or USPS

  • US Express shipping orders can be tracked via FedEx or UPS

  • International orders can be tracked through the provided tracking link

Tracking updates typically appear within 48 hours. If you don’t see movement right away, there’s no need to worry—it's common for orders to remain in “pre-shipment” for a few days while in transit to the carrier.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days and you’re concerned about a delay or issue, we recommend submitting a claim if Checkout+ was added at checkout.

Occasionally, delivery delays can occur. In these cases, reaching out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking number is the fastest way to get the most accurate updates and assistance.

Please note that once your order has shipped, Pepper is not liable for lost or stolen packages unless Checkout+ was purchased at checkout. If you need to file a claim, you can do so by clicking here

Additionally, please allow extra processing and shipping time during public holidays and high-volume shopping periods, as carriers and customs may experience delays.
