Sometimes there can be delivery delays and the best thing to do is reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number. They'll be able to give you the most up-to-date info and help you find a speedy solution.
Please also allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy shopping periods. Customs and shipping carriers may also require extra time to work on processing and delivering your order during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday).
